A class leading 2 year warranty.
Your Saa’i watch is warranted by Saa’i Timepieces which is a trading name of Saa'i Timepieces Ltd (UK) for 2 years from the date of purchase. The watch is covered for only mechanical and manufacturing defects. A proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty. This can be in the form of a copy of the online order confirmation, purchase receipt, or a stamped warranty booklet.
The movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired free of charge in the first instance. If we cannot repair the watch, it will be replaced free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Saa’i Timepieces, which is a trading name of Saa'i Timepieces Ltd (UK), cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model. If your watch model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided.
The warranty does not cover:
- Glass, strap or bracelet
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant (3 ATM or above)
- Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects, inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch.
This warranty will be void if the item has been damaged by any unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase (which falls under the above description) is not included.
Limited Leather Warranty.
Your Leather item is covered by a limited warranty issued by Saa’i Timepieces, which is a trading name of Saa'i Timepieces Ltd (UK), for a period of one 1 year from the original date of purchase.
Our limited warranty covers you against defects in material or workmanship. A proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty (please see above).
This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included. We will only replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
In the event that the item is faulty and has met the conditions to be eligible for repair under warranty (see above), please contact us and we will provide further instruction to you.

We recommend that you insure your parcel and protect the watch during shipment. We will not be responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. If your item is covered by the warranty the item will be repaired and sent back free of charge.
For repairs not covered by the warranty you will receive an email with full feedback. Please note that all of our prices are subject to change.
